To be qualified for any role, you must have the following or be willing to complete before your first day on site:

• CPR / First Aid / BBP Certifications

• Current TB Test

• Recent background check

• MERIT account

• STARS basic training

​

To be qualified for a lead teacher role, you must have the following:

• Montessori certification

​

• AA in ECE or CDA
